In-Pay Cash Flow Forecast
Base case — producing interests currently represented in payment history. Select a well to inspect the calculation or edit its curve.
How MineraLink calculates the in-pay base case
MineraLink starts with realized owner-net revenue from Check Details, using Production Month whenever available and Check Date only as a fallback.
Only producing interests represented in loaded payment history enter this forecast. A well explicitly marked Not in Pay or Suspense is excluded.
Actual revenue is grouped by well and by gas, oil, and NGL.
The starting revenue level is anchored to the well’s actual history from first production through the latest reported month.
Default product-specific decline shapes transition from hyperbolic to exponential decline. With limited history, those defaults carry more of the forecast.
The forecast begins after the latest actual month, applies the selected price deck, and ends at the economic limit or maximum forecast term.
Dragging a Gas, Oil, or NGL forecast point creates a smooth whole-curve adjustment without altering historical revenue.
Why the revenue curve can differ from an engineering curve: Engineering forecasts generally estimate physical production. MineraLink focuses on realized owner cash after deductions and taxes. This cash-flow view complements reserve engineering rather than replacing it.
Classification: “In Pay” describes confirmed payment history. It is not, by itself, an SEC reserve classification or an independent engineer’s PDP determination.

Additional Value Forecast
Separates producing interests not in pay, estimated suspended revenue, and supportable development value from the conservative in-pay base case.
How MineraLink separates additional value
The additional-value view keeps three economically different categories separate.
Producing interests not in pay are operating wells that do not enter the conservative in-pay cash-flow forecast.
Estimated suspended revenue is historical money potentially held by an operator. It is a one-time recovery estimate, not recurring revenue.
Development inventory includes imported DUCs, permits, completion-stage wells and future locations supported by engineering schedules and visible assumptions.
Estimated monthly not-in-pay revenue is shown as a run rate and is not added to present value unless a supported monthly forecast is imported.
Development value is shown unrisked and risked. Only exact portfolio matches with complete inputs enter value.
Producing-not-in-pay and suspended revenue are not labeled Development. Development classifications are portfolio-management labels and are not automatically SEC reserve classifications.
Value scope: Total Modeled Mineral Inventory Value applies only to the modeled mineral and royalty inventory. It is not company, enterprise, or equity value.
1. Producing Interests Not in Pay and Suspense

2. Development Forecast Source
The importer recognizes common engineering field names and retains every original source sheet for audit.
No development forecast imported
3. Development Valuation Assumptions
Blank inputs remain pending. MineraLink does not invent an investment committee’s price deck, discount rate, timing, or probabilities.
Pending assumptions
Source-of-truth separation: Engineering supplies locations, type curves, volumes, and schedules. The management workbook supplies ownership and leases. Private equity supplies prices, risk factors, and required return. MineraLink reconciles and audits the result.

Actual revenue uses Production Month when available. The calculated baseline remains visible whenever manual assumptions or smooth curve adjustments are applied.

Bank Submission • In-Pay Cash Flow
Prepares the schedules a lender needs to establish its borrowing base.
MineraLink does not invent lender terms or claim a loan approval. Leave unknown bank fields blank. The package will show Pending Lender Inputs until the lender supplies the applicable commodity prices and debt-capacity requirements.
Submission and Lender Inputs
Bank Submission Preview
Only eligible in-pay cash flow is valued. The credit case uses the lower of the preserved calculated baseline and active curve, adjusted by any lender-supplied flat commodity prices. The lender retains control of collateral eligibility and final approval.
